1. How secure is my delivery?<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

The Smart Parcel Box<\/a> can only be opened with a unique key. Manufactured from rust resistant galvanised steel, the box is incredibly secure and will keep your deliveries safe. The parcel is kept inside a secure compartment, which features a strong anti-phishing device so deliveries cannot be retrieved once posted into the Smart Parcel Box.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

2. How does the proof of delivery work?<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

Your courier simply posts the packages into the top compartment (it then goes into the parcel holding area via a secure chute), and then scans your unique barcode on the lid. The scanning of this code is used as proof of delivery, so no signing is necessary. However, there are of course certain items that do require a signature such as legal and confidential documents<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

3. Can the Smart Parcel Box take multiple deliveries on the same day?<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

Yes, multiple deliveries can be accepted on the same day. Once a delivery has been made, the item drops down to the secure holding area, meaning that more deliveries can be made into the top compartment by your courier. The medium Smart Parcel Box<\/a> can accept parcels with a size smaller or equal to 330 x 280 x 255 mm. Parcels equal to or smaller than 450 x 340 x 260 mm can be accepted by the extra-large model.<\/p>\n
