Since we claimed our TrustPilot profile in January 2020, we have received over five-hundred 5 star reviews, and over seventy 4 star reviews. So, we thought we’d run you through some of the highlights.

Little bit bigger than I expected but a great product.
The colour we chose was the grey and had to wait several weeks for the delivery. We knew and understood this when we ordered. It was worth the wait. It is well built and secure.
We bought it because the dog kept destroying the post. We have it to the side of the house where the Postman and Deliveries can see.”

T Findlay was full of praise for his Smart Parcel Box:
The product is excellent and appears to be well made. I can also confirm that in the recent snow storms and despite 9 inches of horizontal snow it remained bone dry inside.
I would have awarded 5 stars but feel that the company could make one small improvement; a paper/card template for the screw holes would have made installation so much easier as I was doing it single-handed.”
Don’t worry, we’ve recorded your suggestion and we’ll definitely look into this as an option.

I bought the large Smart Parcel Box. This is a great product that is as described. The material is robust and the box works really well, feeling secure after installation. My only gripe is whilst the installation videos are freely available, they don’t give any sizes for drilling etc and whilst the video takes you through the steps, adding the right drill bit size to the written instructions would be a simple addition.”

Good delivery. Smart and functional large, curved top box which is sturdy and appears well made. 4 stars because we found fixing it by the base to concrete quite tricky. Once fixed in place, the box looks really good.”
Thanks P! We do recommend to all would-be purchasers to take a look into where they want to mount their boxes. Any drill bit sizes and types would depend on the type of material you’re drilling into, and the size of the box order.
