The Smart Parcel Box has a warranty of up to a maximum of three years subject to the following conditions:
The powder coating is under warranty for up to three years for resistance to corrosion and two years against fading and peeling.
The structural integrity, workmanship and durability is under warranty for up to two years.
The warranty is subject to a fair non-commercial use and any damages by abuse, transportation, relocation, positioning in coastal or other areas exposed to extreme or harsh weather conditions, and any modification or repair by the customer will make it null and void.
The warranty period starts from the day of delivery.

Large Grey Delivery Box
Easily receive parcels when you are not at home with the safe and secure Smart Parcel Box® . A stylish addition to any home, this dark grey delivery box measure just over 1 metre tall and will accept multiple deliveries throughout the day. Easy to use, deliveries are posted through the top hatch, once closed, the moved down into the lower holding compartment, where they remain secure until you return home. Each box features an anti-fishing mechanism, ensuring that deliveries remain safe and untouchable whilst in the box. The Smart Parcel Box® also comes with a unique barcode which can be scanned or recorded and used as proof of delivery should your parcel require it. When you return home, simply use your unique access key (each box is supplied with 3 keys) to open the holding compartment door and retrieve your parcels and letters.
Curved Roof Parcel Box
Expertly manufactured from a super strong galvanised steel, this large delivery drop box is finished in a rust-resistant dark grey powder coating. Fully weatherproof, the box is designed to withstand the Great British weather, sitting on floor raisers and also having a stylish curved roof which will prevent water from pooling. Quick and simple to install, each box comes with fixtures and fitting (please ensure these are suitable for your property) and can be installed onto a wall or into a floor. Ideal for both homes and businesses, it is the perfect solution for safely and securely receiving parcels direct to your door. The box also includes a thick PVC cushion for the floor of the box's lower compartment to help cushion parcels when they are delivered.

All Smart Parcel Boxes are delivered by courier. Please be available to
receive your delivery since parcel boxes are large items. If you would
like to rearrange your delivery time, please do so directly with the
courier once delivery details have been provided to you.

produced regularly and will be available in due course if they are not
currently in stock. If the Smart Parcel Box® you are
interested in is on transit from our factories, you will be able to

Each parcel box is very simple to install and comes fully assembled.
It simply needs to be fixed to a concrete surface - which anyone with
reasonable DIY experience can do! Please see our
installation instructions
for detailed written advice and a helpful video. Unfortunately, we are
not able to provide an installation service.
All Smart Parcel Boxes are designed to be installed outdoors. However,
given our British weather conditions, it is better to position your
parcel box strategically. Partially covered areas which are not prone to
flooding are recommended. Please note that Smart Parcel Boxes are
weather resistant but they are not watertight, so parcels must be
removed regularly.
Your parcel box is powder coated with a high specification to perform
well in our wet British weather. This coating offers resistance to wear
and tear, abrasions and weather conditions. If the paint you intend to
use does not meet similar standards, it will fail to match powder
coating performance. That may also invalidate the warranty of your
parcel box.
Yes. Because delivered parcels can only be accessed via the secure
compartment, multiple deliveries can be made via the scan and drop
chute. Remember to clear your Smart Parcel Box® of
deliveries on a regular basis.
Yes. The scanning of the barcode by the delivery driver acts as the
personal signature of the recipient. By instructing courier companies to
use the box for delivery, you are authorising them to scan the barcode
as proof of delivery. Please note that there are some instances where an
in-person signature may be required, such as for the delivery of a
passport.
The Smart Parcel Box® can take multiple deliveries. The
number of parcels it can accept depends on which box you have and the
size of the holding compartment. Please refer to your parcel box’s
product page for more details and dimensions.
The Smart Parcel Box® is not insulated or refrigerated, so
anything perishable should not be delivered to it. Please also note that
companies may refuse to deliver expensive goods without taking an
in-person signature. Important documents such as passports may also
require an in-person signature. In this instance, please check before
your purchase.
Very secure. The Smart Parcel Box® is made of strong
galvanised steel. The delivery chute is designed so that parcels in the
secure holding area cannot be accessed, tampered with or fished out of
the box. The holding compartment is locked and only accessible with your
unique access key. It does, however, run the same risk of break-ins as
any other locked structure in a house.
Most household insurances will consider your Smart Parcel Box®
as an outbuilding and will cover its contents. However, we recommend
that you confirm this with your own insurance company.
