Important Delivery Information

Smart Parcel Box™ deliveries are heavily subsidised, in the event of a return, these delivery charges will be deducted from your account, which will be a minimum of £10.99

The delivery driver will require a signature, so please ensure someone is present at your chosen delivery address to accept the delivery. We recommend that you thoroughly check your Smart parcel Box so any breakages or damage which may have happened during transportation. Drivers cannot be held responsible if you have signed for the goods prior to checks being made.

It is the customer’s responsibility to fit and secure the Smart Parcel Box™ to their property. Our delivery drivers are not trained or insured to do this, this service will not be offered at the time of ordering or delivery.
