How does the Smart Parcel Box work?
Depending on the model you choose, your new external post box could be wall-mounted or freestanding. We also wanted to ensure we designed an anti-phishing mechanism especially to warn off thieves on your doorstep. So, when your courier arrives to deliver your parcels, they’ll be able to post your items through the chute. Then they’ll be sent to a secure compartment at the bottom of your parcel box. All of your parcels will remain secured in your post box until you unlock the compartment to collect your mail. So, there’s no way for anyone to tamper with your goods, the only way in is with your secure key.
Not only that, but the Smart Parcel Box also features a unique barcode, specially designed for couriers to scan as proof of delivery if required. Preventing parcels being returned to the depot and you feeling annoyed. Theft is a big worry when leaving your parcels in your outdoor parcel box, so we designed them specifically to prevent this. Manufactured in galvanised steel for a strong structure, this parcel box will prevent any tampering with your goods. Additionally, this parcel box has a rust-resistant powder coating to protect against all weather conditions ensuring your parcels stay warm and dry.
