When the parcel window is opened, a barcode is presented to the courier, inviting them to scan it to confirm delivery. The courier will typically then send you delivery confirmation, which you can review via your smartphone or computer.
Once you return home, only the person with the key will be able to unlock the compartment to retrieve your package. All boxes are installed with anti-phishing mechanisms, which prevents thieves from being able to steal your delivery.
Every parcel delivery box comes with the necessary fittings and fixtures to bolt the box to the wall or the floor. This means you can have a medium sized wall mounted post box, which we recommend putting at shoulder height. This makes retrieving and delivering the parcels easier for both parties.
