Smart Parcel Box Driver Referral Scheme – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
Open to active UK-based delivery drivers aged 18 and above.
Participants must register and receive a unique referral code and branded leaflets from Smart Parcel Box.
Only one account and code is permitted per driver.
2. Referral Area
Upon joining, drivers must confirm their area of operation, including delivery postcodes.
Only orders placed using your code and delivered within your registered postcodes will be eligible for commission.
Changes to your area must be reported and updated with Smart Parcel Box to remain eligible for rewards in the new area.
3. Referral Benefits
Customers using your referral code will receive a discount as stated on the leaflet provided to them. This discount rate is subject to change depending on market conditions.
Drivers earn 10% commission on each qualifying sale made using their unique code within their designated area.
You may also refer other drivers:
- - Referred drivers earn 10% commission on their own sales.
- - You earn an additional 3% commission on sales made by drivers you directly introduce.
- - The 3% bonus applies only to direct introductions and does not extend to multiple tiers.
4. Referral Code Use
Your code must be distributed via your official branded leaflets.
The customer receives the discount printed on the leaflet at the time of purchase — this is the applicable discount rate for that transaction.
Codes must not be promoted via paid advertising, online forums, or coupon-sharing sites without prior written consent.
5. Commission and Payment
Commissions are calculated on product value only (excluding VAT and delivery charges).
Payouts are issued monthly via direct bank transfer.
A sales statement will be provided with a breakdown of earnings and referral bonuses.
Commission rates are subject to change based on market conditions, with a minimum of 60 days’ notice before any changes take effect.
Smart Parcel Box reserves the right to withhold payments where fraud, code misuse, or violations are suspected.
6. Conduct and Representation
Drivers must conduct themselves honestly and professionally and not misrepresent Smart Parcel Box or its products.
This scheme does not create an employment or agency relationship. You act as an independent promoter.
7. Termination
You may opt out of the scheme at any time by written notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation and withhold unpaid commissions in cases of:
- - Breach of terms,
- - Unethical behaviour,
- - Or misuse of referral materials.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to revise or cancel the Scheme or these Terms at any time.
Commission rate changes or core scheme adjustments will be communicated at least 60 days in advance.
Updates will not affect commissions already earned prior to the change.
9. Liability
We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation.
You are responsible for any taxes or financial reporting associated with your earnings.
