- The powder coating is under warranty for up to three years for resistance to corrosion and two years against fading and peeling.
- The structural integrity, workmanship and durability is under warranty for up to two years.
- The warranty is subject to a fair non-commercial use and any damages by abuse, transportation, relocation, positioning in coastal or other areas exposed to extreme or harsh weather conditions, and any modification or repair by the customer will make it null and void.
- The warranty period starts from the day of delivery.
Partially covered areas which are not prone to flooding are recommended.
Each parcel box is very simple to install and comes fully assembled. It simply needs to be fixed to a concrete surface - which anyone with reasonable DIY experience can do! Please see our installation instructions for detailed written advice and a helpful video. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide an installation service.
